1. Every student must possess a School Diary which should be brought to school daily.
2. Regularity and obedience should be upheld by the Students.
3. Politeness, showing respect to the teachers and elders, courtesy of speech and conduct as well as cleanliness of dresses should be inculcated and exacted.
4. The School hours are from 9.00 a.m. to 2.40 p.m. Students must be in the school campus at 8.45 a.m. The school gate will be closed 5 minutes before assembly.
5. Electronic goods (Mobile phones, Cameras, CDs, Pen Drives etc.) expensive pens, watches, jewellery, cash or toys are strictly prohibited within the school. If any of these are found in the possession of students, they will be confiscated and will not be returned.
6. Anyone using unfair means in examination will be debarred from further examination. He or she will be declared to have failed and may even subject to some other disciplinary actions.
7. Habitual idleness, irregular attendance, disobedience an misbe-havior at school are sufficient reasons for dismissal at any time of the year.
8. The school cannot be held responsible for accidents, during their stay in the school or while taking part in sports, games or extra-curricular activities within or outside the school premises. Any student running away from school hours the school will not be held responsible.
9. Any damage done to the school property by the student con-cerned will come under disciplinary action and penalty to be decided on the nature of the damage caused.
10. Entry to the school campus during school hours is restricted to only bonafide staff and students. All others can enter only with the permission of the Principal/Administrator.
11. Every student attending the school is obliged to take part in all the extra-curricular activities of the school as part of their integral training and no one will be excused except for valid reasons.
12. A minimum of 75% attendance is required to sit for the promo-tion examination.
13. Parents/Guardians are not allowed to meet their children or in-terview teachers during the school hours besides special circumstances.
14. Processing for requests of certificate, recommendation letters, extracts from office records, verification and attestation etc. will require at least two working days.
